Wait No More®:

Finding Families for Washington and Idaho’s Waiting Kids

Eventbrite - Spokane Wait No More

Can you imagine what it would be like to not have a family? No one to help you with homework. No one to attend your sporting events or music recitals. No place to go for the holidays. This is a reality for kids in Washington and Idaho who are waiting in the foster care system.

BUT THERE IS HOPE!

At Focus on the Family, we believe that the Church can be the answer for these kids and that God has called us all to “care for the least of these.” Thankfully in Washington and Idaho, there are churches full of people who can help!

If you have ever considered foster care, adoption from foster care or want to learn ways to support an adoptive family, plan to attend our FREE Wait No More event on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Spokane Valley Assembly Church. You’ll hear more about the kids who are waiting, the steps in the foster care and adoption process, support methods and you’ll have the opportunity to connect with local agencies.

Together we can find forever families for all the waiting kids in Washington and Idaho!

Washington/Idaho Community Leader Breakfast

On Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 9:00am at the Kroc Center in Coeur d’Alene, ID, come hear Focus on the Family President Jim Daly share about the children and youth in Washington and Idaho who go to bed every night without a permanent family. And Washington and Idaho has thousands of churches. This means the church can be a part of the solution for these kids! And as a pastor or church or community leader, we need your help!
