Currently in the United States, 127,000 legal orphans wait in the foster care system for adoptive families to welcome them home forever. These children are usually older and have had a difficult start in life. Each one is precious in the eyes of God, yet they don’t know what it truly means to “belong.” So they wait for someone to finally see them – not just see them with their eyes, but with their heart.
